To All those planning to attend tomorrows get together at Old Town.....

In order to allow folks time since it's a work day we can plan to meet at 5:00pm at the Celebration Suites (next to Old Town at 5820 US 192) parking lot & drive the very short distance to Old Town together.

The weather forecast calls for 50% chance of rain between 4 - 7 pm tomorrow in Kissimmee. It's up to each attendee to decide to attend based on how they feel about the weather.

I'm going to take a chance & hope for just cloudy skies

Hope to see you there..

I stay at the Comfort Suites Maingate East, right next to Old Town.  There is generally enough parking to drop a trailer.  If not, there is a grass field between Old Town and the hotel, and I have also dropped the trailer there too.

when  i trailered my car,,i would stay at the old town suites and load and unload at the motel,,i guess this the reason i didnt know of the parking fee--always liked to go back to the room during the hot time of the day---if you do this ,,be sure and put your top up---dont learn the hard way,,as i did------

The parking fee is for spectator parking, not cars in the cruise in, but if you trailer a car there and put it in the show they will charge you $5.00 for the tow vehicle and charge you $5.00 for the trailer also. Before the sale of the town it was free parking for all. Sense having zero luck on all levels with the existing owner for two years and seining how money driven they are my not so optimistic side is looking at Old Town as just giving no look at any side of this problem in the right light and not telling anybody what is going on or caring to.

Lenny, neither my Impala or Nick's truck is a muscle car!  For the past 6 months or so, they advertise late model muscle cars, but ALSO any AMERICAN classics.  I think instead of Friday night being "muscle" they are more promoting it as "American" car night.  We saw an Elky or two there that night and thought of you guys.  There were many different kinds of trucks there, all years, but American-made.  Elkys are trucks and American-made, so...  They are making it confusing- should just say ALL classics, with added modern muscle on Friday nights.  Attendance is up from what it was a few years ago when they ran off many of the drivers, but no where near what it was years before that.  They still won't allow rat-rods (because they say "Show Quality only), and spectators love seeing them (they are a work of art) and I've seen many of them get "Best of Show."  If I were them, I'd love to have any cool car come and fill up a spot to add to the spectators enjoyment.  I asked why I saw some VWs there Friday night (not muscle or American) and was told they are grandfathered in from already having a Friday night pass from before the new changes/owners.

Will Be There (9)

Might attend (1)

Can't Make It (24)

if you are looking for gift ideas for your motorhead.....look no further
