FlaCarShows.com and event DJ's WJBJ present Wheels On The Drive, an indoor car and truck show held in conjunction with the Europa Sports Expo, a sports and fitness competition spread out over 400,000 square feet.

The show is April 29-30, 2011 (load-in on April 28th), in the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive, and whether you have a classic car, an antique, street rod, muscle car, custom, or a special interest vehicle, YOU'RE invited!

Don't let the magnitude of this event deter you...it's NOT the World of Wheels, and you won't be competing for the likes of the Ridler Award. The show is intended to be laid back, where you'll be able to enjoy the company of your friends, and surely make a few new one's, too!

The Show is Limited to the First 140 Vechicles

Do I have to stay at the show all day long?


We don't expect anyone to sit by their vehicle all day Friday and Saturday. Get out and enjoy some of the area attractions, restuarants, and shopping along International Drive. The I • Ride Trolley stops in front of the Convention Center. Trolley tickets and multi-day passes are available for purchase at both the Convention Center and the Host Hotel.

What if I have to leave the show early?


You can go, but your vehicle will have to stay. Once the vehicles are in place Thursday evening, they cannot be removed until the conclusion of the show Saturday evening. In the event you must leave due to an emergency, we'll assist in taking care of your vehicle.

Can I register the day of the show?


The show is limited to 140 vehicles, so we recommend you register early. Space permitting, you can register the day of the show, but you MUST be at the Cruise In to do so. The fee is $30, and you'll receive a Goody Bag, Show Credentials, and two two-day passes to the show.

I'm a vendor. When can I set up?


Vendors will have access to the Convention Center between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 28th.

Where can I park my trailer?


The Host Hotel has trailer parking for their registered guests. You can also park at the Convention Center for the oversized vehicle rate of $16 a day.

Can we get extra sets of credentials?


We'll have a limited number of credentials available at the Cruise In, and during the show. They're $5 each, and you MUST be a registered participant to purchase them.

Are 'For Sale' signs allowed on the vehicles?


You can use one of the the pre-printed 'For Sale' signs that we will provide upon request.

Do I have to be present for the Door Prize drawings?


No. As they're drawn, the winning numbers will be posted at the WJBJ registration area, and Door Prize winners can pick up their prizes at any time.

How about the Raffle and 50/50 drawings?


Yes. You MUST be present to win the Raffle Prizes and the 50/50 drawing. The drawings will take place immediately following the awards, beginning at 4:00 PM Saturday.

How many guests can I bring to the show?


Pre-registered entrants will receive six two-day event passes. You'll need to use one of them Friday, and another on Saturday. The rest can be used as you see fit.

I'm pre-registered, but can't come to the Cruise In.


Load-in at the Convention Center begins at 7:15 PM Thursday, and will be completed by 9:00 PM. You MUST be there during that time frame for your vehicle to get onto the show floor.

What is the Europa Sports Expo?


A sports-related series of events held throughout the country. The Orlando event will bring more than 30,000 spectators to the 400,000 square-foot competition area. There are more than 5000 competitor's representing twenty countries, and competing in a multitude of different events.

As a car show participant, you'll have full access to this event, including Europa's sponsor and vendor give-away's.
