Anyone who is on the fence about attending this show, rest assured this will be a great time. Last year we eliminated the registration fee and again this year it is totally free to all. There have been some questions about the classes and as I was not involved in their creation I cannot clarify them, but feel free to put your car in the class you would like to be in. I would suggest, however, that if you have a modified antique like a T Bucket, 32 Ford, Old Merc, etc that you go with the Classic Muscle category instead of Antique as the Antique class will likely be judged largely on originality. Contrary to some rumor, this is not a "snobby" car show where you will be competing against million dollar exotics. There is a separate category for exotics, but you can certainly win best of show here with any make or model car if it is outstanding including an unrestored survivor.

 

If you need to park a truck and trailer, there is a grass lot 1 block from downtown Windermere at 6th Ave and Oakdale St. where you can park as long as you get there early. There are a couple of breakfast/lunch places right downtown to eat and beer and wine should be available as well, so it will be a great place to spend a Saturday.
