I’m building a 428 Edelbrock performer RPM head roller cam motor for the TA X

Hopefully done by the end of the year, in the machine shop now for balancing.

Awesome Joe, it sounds like you had a blast and scored some cool stuff... Wow, an actual working reverb that's a rarity. I bet a number of younger guys and gals don't have the faintest idea what a reverb is without looking up the info on the net :)

Welcome to the Pontiac group of MCN... Nice Challenger by the way... In my many travels and over many years I've discovered a vast number of Pontiac owners are also huge Mopar fans. This might seem odd to many but when you truly understand the complexity of it all, then it makes perfect sense. Pontiac grew to become the rebelious teenager that drove Daddy GM crazy. Meanwhile during the same time Mopar was growing and become a thorn in the side GM & Ford. Call it the underlying nature of each but in that sense Pontiac and Mopar had a lot in common. I think it reflected in the personalities that drove certain people to become either Pontiac or Mopar owners. They each liked marching to our own drum and being the James Dean of the automotive world. And because of this is why Pontiac and Mopar owners have a mutual fondness for each others brand of car. It's in the end a shared spirit of unique bad boy brotherhood, that most outsiders just don't get and never will... But we do ;)

I'll upload correct pic of my 98 Formula soon. I also own a MOPAR 2009 Challenger R/T and am also member of that group.

News Flash: We received word that Paul Zazarine (automotive author) has passed away early this morning... At this time details are sketchy and when more is known we'll pass it along. Paul had become a legend in the Pontiac circles for his many popular books on the brand, as well as many other automotive books. He has been a long time friend of the Wide Track Warriors and frequently attended our shows. He will be missed dearly and we extend our condolences to his family and friends.

Mel, I believe some GM Marine engines are counter-clockwise when used ina dual engine configuration?

Yep, I thought the same thing, lol... The Tojan would've made a nice backdrop for a STD commercial...

Jarred is correct it's a Tojan GT... Based off a Firebird Formula platform not the Fiero... It is a rather unusal and little known vehicle...

Keep up the good work Pontiac fans...Love the trivia :)
