Thanks for the kind words about my car. Your 68 firebird is fine. I had a 68 firebird at one time in my life. i had bought it new. It was a 400 convertible, 4 speed, copper with black interior.I still have the window sticker from it. retail price was 4,000. talk to you later, Jay smith
