Negative Postings about people on social sites

Posted on July 11, 2013 at 3:30pm 0 Comments

this is why I remind those who want to post negative postings about people or sites,  that it is not a good idea. Here is a recent lawsuit in which the person who posted as well as the person who ran the site lost a lawsuit and have to pay $338,000 for making up lies and being malice.  Just a FYI:

COVINGTON, Ky. -- A federal jury has found that a gossip website and its operator defamed a former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader and has awarded her $338,000 in…

How to start a fight............works everytime

When our lawn mower broke and wouldn't run, my wife kept hinting to me that I should get it fixed. But, somehow I always had something else to take care of first, the shed, the boat, making beer.. Always something more important to me. Finally she thought of a clever way to make her point.

When I arrived home one day, I found her seated in the tall grass, busily snipping away with a tiny pair of sewing scissors. I watched silently…

Subject: Florida State Trooper

A Florida senior citizen drove his brand new Corvette convertible out of the dealership.

Taking off down the road, he pushed it to 80 mph, enjoying the wind blowing through

what little hair he had  left.

"Amazing," he thought as he  flew down I-75, pushing the pedal even  more.

Looking in his rear view  mirror, he saw a Florida State Trooper, blue lights flashing and

siren blaring.

He floored it  to 100 mph,…

A man and his ever-nagging wife went on vacation in Jerusalem . While they were there, the wife passed away .The undertaker told the husband, "You can have her buried here in the Holy Land for $150 or we can have her shipped back home for $5,000.

"The husband thought about it and told the undertaker he would have her shipped back home .The undertaker asked him, "why would you spend $5,000 to have her shipped home when you could have a beautiful burial here, and it would only cost…

JR, as I understand it, the Halloween show in windermere is not open to the public for spectators. not open as a free event or a pay to get in event. if this is an event for helping children who have cancer why would they not allow spectators in and charge them?

are there any other car clubs who are going to be there, or just the 50 cars from florida cool cars car club?

because if cool cars are the only ones that are going to be there, I won't feel so bad because I can see them free in longwood every month.

or, are there going to be cars that I know I would love to see like bubba watsons 31 Cadillac/lasalle ?

Thanks JR, we are happy to be back into the Muscle car hobby. Our new Challenger is our first venture into modern muscle after 22 years of classic Pontiac ownership (67 LeMans 326/4-speed and before that 68 Firebird 400/4-speed). The past 14 months we were muscle carless and out of the hobby all together. Through an amazing turn of events were found our selves in a position able to purchase our first brand new car and our first Mopar ever! We look forward to rejoining everyone and making the rounds once again...

I have a very real problem with my 1955 Dodge. I finally got my engine dyno'd (521 HP/521 lb/ft torque) and I am finally ready to start putting it back together again. This morning the guy that owns the shop called me and said he had a cash offer on his shop and would be closing around the end of this month, this month being September. I do not know of any other shop in the Kissimmee, Poinciana, Orlando area that will put the car back together. The only body work that needs to be taken care of is color sanding the body, doors, fenders, hood, and rear doors of the station wagon. I have a bunch of stuff out to the chrome shop and some other small things that need to be put on the body. The engine must be put in the chassis before the body can be mounted. Basically I want a shop that will let me work on the car when I can. The shop it is in right now did a lot of the work, but let me get my hands dirty when my health allowed it. All the color is on, but needs to be color sanded. I have all the parts and trim that go on the body buffed or chromed and ready to be installed. Well, nearly to be installed. I do not have any of the clips and fasteners used. But they can be had at most good hardware stores or car parts store.

I really do need a custom car/hot rod shop. I was initially going to build this car and enter it in competition for the Riddler Award. But that is now placed on the back burner. I just want to get it finished. But I still want it finished correctly. Actually I sort of dropped the Riddler when the chassis got powder coated pink. And I mean pussy pink. It is atrocious. Anyway, if you could recommend a couple of shops for me to check out, I would be grateful.

To refresh your memory, it is a 1955 Dodge 2 door station wagon. The upholstery is going to be done in Indian River County by a friend of mine. He will also install all the window glass and seals.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my email and in advance for any help you may be able to give.

Claude Conn (Mr. Elmer)
