  Started (GV) Gear Venders installation on the TA X, My son-in-law has the T5 in the Mustang now so I had to get off my duff and get busy installing the GV I’ve had for two years, am i getting lazy or is life just busier than it used to be, i, thinking both, anyway the install was quick with both of us working, will have the drive shaft cut Monday, happy overdriving, turns my 3:55 into a 2:77 final drive, then i will be able to keep up with the Mustang, Happy, Happy, Happy.See More

"You can take it off and the truck will still ride the same, in this case you have coil and leaf but the leaf never does anything until she is really loaded. The 3/4 tons where much better for hauling with there leaf springs but at a cost of ride…"

"Dave I had this very same helper spring on my 72, I added it from a friends crashed truck, the factory coil is not (heavy load) friendly so the helper (factory option) spring is a big help, in theroy. It will not effect ride height but I…"

 Like wise it was good meeting you also. Maybe the next time we can meet your better half. Anytime you want to come down let me know it would be great to go to a show together.Heck we have a guest room you can make a weekend of it. You can check some of our local shows @ collectorcarstv.com he's a local dj in our area and hosts alot of shows Also we are probably going to Quaker steak and lube on the 30th only been there once but it's a good show.

I am planning on it, i'm sad I missed the sign up for the special stuff, but this will give me my first opportunity to try out my 6 speed on a long cruise i'm shooting for 24mpg+ on the way, wish me luck!

I used a hand-me-down camera that the wife hates because it has a mind of it’s own, I did not turn off the date stamp and I pull the batteries out all the time because it eats batteries.

So the date stamps on the pics are inncorrect.

The car was finished May 15 2011 just in time for the 2011 Hot Rod Power Tour.

So if it ever appears I speak in toungs because of the time line the dates on the pics are wrong.
