Thought I share this from the Ocala,Fl. Lunch stop
We are back from our first car show. We took a road trip in the Griswold Family Truckster to Walt Disney World for Car Masters Weekend at Downtown Disney.
First I have to say it was really awesome driving down I-75 in the Truckster to Disney World. I spent the night at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort and Disney even had a roped off section for all of us with our cars that were attending Disney Car Masters Weekend.
Of course there were some Truckster…Continue
Did anyone come up with a master plan for getting together Friday for old town or hotel parking lot or where ever to hang out with other gear heads we'll be up early Friday and looking for something to do with the group of course after I de-lovebug my truck
I have recently sold my 69 Camaro RS Convertible and have gone in a completely different direction. I am in the process of purchasing a 1956 Chevy Panel Truck. The truck is STOCK!! But it's not going to stay that way. I need to find out if any of you know of a reputable local (Central Florida) shop that can take the stock frame and upgrade it to more of a pro-street look (disc brake conversion, IFS, lowering etc.). I don't know if this would be more economically…Continue

I am having a big show just south of Melbourne at the Grant BBQ festival. 15.00 registration with a free t shirt and free BBQ meal with each car registration. Hope to see some of your fine rides at the show. Lots of good awards
I heard a loud noise out front... I opened my door to find a city trash truck on top of a beautiful El Camino. I went out to make sure everyone was ok. Come to find out. The El Camino belongs to a neighbor down the street who was on his way to the Dr to have his new pace maker checked out... His car was totaled by a trash truck. The driver said he could not see him behind him and backed right over him... Even worse... his other vehicle was totaled by a cement truck just weeks prior... I…Continue

So Fox Sports took away are Gearhead shows, There is plenty of other channels to watch Football and other sports, the Gerheads I think generate more business than they think there is. There is VELOCITY but it has limited programing.we already have Discovery Channel
I've been off line for a long time and it seems life gets in the way of living some times.
My current project is a 73 Duster that started it's life with a slant six, 904 trans and a 7.25 rear.
The car and I have been through a lot over the last 8 years. 4-speed swap, blow through turbo install just to name a few. Up until 8 months ago I was daily driving the car.
Daily driving an old car has it's ups and downs as everyone knows. About a year ago the Duster fell victim to…Continue
Started (GV) Gear Venders installation on the TA X, My son-in-law has the T5 in the Mustang now so I had to get off my duff and get busy installing the GV I’ve had for two years, am i getting lazy or is life just busier than it used to be, i'm thinking both, anyway the install was quick with both of us working, will have the drive shaft cut Monday, happy overdriving, turns my 3:55 into a 2:77 final drive, then i will be able to keep up with the Mustang, Happy, Happy, Happy.
