Any one use drilled and slotted rotors?

It was time to do front brakes on my 94 F150 Lightning. I wanted to get the EBC slotted rotors, but they were on permanent back order. So I ordered the Summit drilled and slotted rotors and EBC green brake pads. The thing will throw you though the front windshield it stops so good but whenever you just lightly press on the pedal, it bounces up and down and shimmeys. Now Ive rebuilt the whole front end with poly bushings and new ball joints. Has anyone experienced this before?

Hey Gene I went with it because its an easy way to enhance the braking. I got all my stuff from summit. I'm sure any brake can do it for you. But if youare goint to do it in the next two weeks I can help. I cant do the whole thing, but I can help. I still have just about all my tools I was an ASE master tech and had my own shop back in the dark ages. lol I'm having an operation in three weeks, so I'll be out of commision till the first of the year after that. Let me know. Oh BTW my toe in was out so bad after I redid all the bushings and ball joints, the was my shimmy!

I'm looking to do slotted & drilled all the way around on my 2004 Silverado. Where did you order your stuff? Did you change to drilled & slotted for any particular reason?

I have no idea how to go about upgrading my brakes, but is there a place i can get this done?

I have the EBC Slotted and dimpled Rotors with the Green Stuff pads on my daily driver Ram 1500 for two weeks now and they seem great. Smooth and stop quick. Happy So Far!!
